Terms of Service
Last updated: January 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vet Core Hub (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Vet Core Hub provides clinic-specific tools such as SDS library hosting, surgery and anesthesia calculators, staff access portals, and related clinic-management utilities. The Service is intended for veterinary practices and their authorized staff.
3. Accounts & Clinic Access
Users must be invited or approved by a clinic administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify your clinic admin or the Service promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing
- Attempt to bypass security or access other clinics’ data
- Use the Service in a way that may disrupt performance or availability
5. Clinic Data
All data uploaded or entered by a clinic (SDS files, protocols, staff information, notes, dosage values, etc.) remains the property of that clinic. Vet Core Hub stores and processes this data only as needed to provide the Service and maintain reliability and security.
6. Availability & Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend parts of the Service for maintenance, improvements, or operational reasons. We aim to minimize disruption to clinics but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Medical Responsibility
Vet Core Hub provides tools intended to support veterinary professionals. However, dosage calculations, treatment decisions, and patient care remain the responsibility of licensed veterinary staff. The Service does not replace clinical judgment, and you should always verify calculations and protocols before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vet Core Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or clinical errors.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe there is a security risk, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the platform. Clinics may also request closure or transfer of their account according to their subscription agreement.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date above will be adjusted. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
