Vet Core Hub • Private alpha for veterinary clinics

Turn “where is that SDS?” into “it’s already open.”

Vet Core Hub is a clinic portal built from the perspective of people who actually work in veterinary medicine — not a generic corporate EMR. SDS libraries, surgery & anesthesia calculators, and multi-location portals live in one place so your team can stop wrestling tools and get back to medicine.

Built for real vet workflows Central SDS for every location Clinic-specific surgery protocols Multi-clinic ready from day one

SDS that don’t live in a dusty binder

Upload SDS PDFs once, organize by clinic and category, and let staff pull the right document in seconds. Your OSHA binder still exists — it’s just finally mirrored in a system your team will actually use.

Surgery & anesthesia, standardized

Build protocols from your own formulary, then run weight-based calculations for each patient. Print a clean, chart-ready sheet that keeps doctors, techs, and assistants aligned through the entire procedure.

One hub, many clinics

Own more than one location? Manage SDS, protocols, and staff access across all of them from a single admin login, while each clinic still gets its own branded portal and tools.

How Vet Core Hub started

This whole thing started with a simple headache: our SDS “system” was basically a folder full of papers. It wasn’t wrong, it was just dated. If we needed one we would have to go to that folder and hope the SDS was there. From there I had the question. What if we needed it for emergency purposes. Someone was hurt by some chemical. What are the right steps for first aid and what kind of hazards are we looking at.

The first goal was small: make it so anyone on the team could get to the right SDS the moment they needed it. No guessing, no digging. Once that was working, it was hard not to notice all the other pieces of the clinic running on the same kind of duct-taped workflows — surgery protocols buried in spreadsheets, calculators on a single PC, processes that only existed in one person’s head.

Vet Core Hub grew from that realization: if one clinic needed a modern, shared home for SDS, surgery tools, and day-to-day workflows, a lot of other clinics probably did too. What you see here is that idea turning into something other teams can actually use.

Who Vet Core Hub is for

  • General practices that want SDS and surgery tools in one place
  • Multi-clinic groups trying to standardize protocols without killing flexibility
  • Practice managers who are done with spreadsheets, shared drives, and “that one PC” that has everything

Why it’s invite-only (for now)

We’re intentionally keeping Vet Core Hub in a small closed alpha while we finish stress-testing real clinic workflows: anesthesia protocols, SDS search, multi-location setups, and staff roles.

Early clinics get direct input into features, faster responses, and pricing that will never be offered again once we open things up.
